The FUSE Alpha Classic Shin Pad uses a perforated neoprene with air plush lining together with super stretchable neoprene straps. To protect your shins from pedal bites and other impacts we use a Nylon hard shield with EVA foam backing and a super durable Cordura front material.
The Pad has had a full redesign this year for improved comfort, fit, and durability. The Rip Stop 1100 D Codura massively ups the durability of the front section, and our new anti-bacterial neoprene keeps your pads fresh and ready for use day after day.

NANOFRONT™
NANOFRONT™ is the world's first ultra-fine polyester nanofiber. With a diameter of merely 700 nanometers, one fibre is 1/7500 of a human hair.
Used on many of our FUSE Protection gloves, the surface density of fabric made with NANOFRONT is about 10 times greater than other fabrics. And since the undulations are at the nano-level, the fiber surface produces a large frictional force for strong gripping power.
