FUSE was born from BMX and has been refined through more than 25 years of real riding, development and testing. Created in Cologne by people who understand what riders need, FUSE protection is built to stay in place, move naturally and do its job when it matters most.

FUSE protective gear is developed from real experience on the bike. Every product starts with a clear purpose and goes through a process of design, testing, feedback and refinement until fit, comfort and protection come together naturally.

A large part of our core protection range is handmade in Europe, built with the care, precision and attention to detail that proper protective gear deserves. Every material, every panel and every construction detail has a reason.

The goal has always been simple. Protection should give confidence without getting in the way. It should stay in place, move with your body and be ready when it matters, without becoming something you constantly feel, fix or fight against. The best protection is the kind you trust every session and barely notice while riding.

This philosophy defines every detail. Advanced impact systems such as SAS-TEC and DFS Memory Foam, durable Cordura fabrics, Sharkskin grippers, breathable mesh constructions and high grip glove materials such as NANOFRONT are used where they make a real difference in protection, comfort, durability and control.

The same approach continues with our helmets. Dedicated tooling, careful shaping and repeated testing allow us to create helmets with the fit, balance and confidence riders need. The process takes time, but that is the only way to build protection we believe in.
